Amazing...
This week I started to work on my Prayer Partner list. I sent out many messages and I have at least 2 people per day scheduled to pray for me. (and Cinco de Mayo has many). THANK YOU!!! If you still want to get on board, please let me know! I will add you to my list. At times, it is comforting knowing that someone is praying for you when you are so far away from home!
A few prayer requests as I prepare for the trip:
~Remembering to take my typhoid pills on an empty stomach (I'm not good remembering pills)
~I would be able to stay focused at work and get everything done in advance that I can
~The little details (remembering and completing them)
~Getting everything packed (and not going over weight limits)
~Pray for students as they head back to the college in the next week or so
~Pray for Garren and Stacy Goss as they move to Zambia in the next few weeks (check out their blog)
~Pray for members of the other teams (Rachel, Stacy, JoAnna, Suzanne, Kris, Jennifer, Mary, Jacob, Dave, Zena, Allison, Ellen, Candace, & Betty Jo)
Twalumbu!!
