Cake Mixes...

On Wednesday night, I had the opportunity to spend time with my 100 year old neighbor and her daughter.  We put together some cake mixes for me to take to Zambia.  In only 30 minutes, we were able to put together 9 mixes (4 chocolate and 5 yellow).
(Unfortunately, through the packing process not all will be making it to Zambia, but the recipe will!)
