The other creatures, the cute and cuddly ones, created some mischief, fun, and a chase (on several occasions). One really, really liked my very dirty, nasty socks and shoes. (Those socks were pretty nasty!)
Mickey and Jess were just along for the ride. Mickey (the one with the red bandana), became my new best friend. In the morning, he would pounce on me to make sure I was awake. He then proceeded to tell me it was time to PLAY!!! My eyes were barely open.
It was interesting trying to keep shoes, socks, sandals, clothing, and other items out of his mouth and out of the front yard for all to see. At times, I couldn't find my shoes or socks. I just had to go to the front yard to find them at times.

Jess and Mickey really enjoyed tromping around campus and seeing the students. Mickey even helped during the football clinic with the guys, while Jess supervised.

Even though he wanted to play most of the time, there were a few minutes that he was cuddly.
Overall, they were decent housemates for the week! I'm very glad that the spider we saw was on our last day!
As for the HUMANS, we had a wonderful time. Full of laughter, conversation, good food, dessert, friendship and fun. New friendships for life were made during these two weeks.

Several of the nights we decided to stay in and cook. The kitchen became quite small when all four of us and the two dogs were contributing to the meal. We had some pretty yummy meals and yummy desserts.
(Twalumbu Marjie, Stacy and Rachel for your friendship and putting up with me over the two weeks.)
More pictures of cooking and the house to come..
