Prayer Requests for the week of February 16, 2009

–Trivia Night Fundraiser this Friday, February 20
–Meeting with the Missions Committee at River Valley Sunday, February 22
–Details regarding a friend moving in with me and staying at my house while I am in Zambia
–Spiritual preparation
–I will have to quit my job while I am in Zambia. (They do not offer a leave of absence). It sounds like I can get my job back when I come back, but there are no guarantees. Please pray for a job when I get back.
–Old and new relationships that have been formed while in Zambia. Please pray that they would continue to grow.
–I would continue to stay healthy throughout the rest of the winter
–Being a good witness to those around me here in the USA. Taking advantage of opportunities to share about Christ and what is going on around the world.
-Please pray for Kingsley and his wife Mary (Pastor and family that I support) from Malawi. Please pray that God will provide the necessary school needs for his wife and Shalom (daughter)
–Please pray for Chuck (Delaware team): His wife Mary has spent 21 days in the hospital (5 of those in ICU) due to a stomach virus. She is now home, but is very weak and discouraged. Please pray for her health and for the family.
–Please pray for Nicki (Iowa team): Nicki lives in Alabama. Nicki and her daughter went to Zambia in 2008. Please pray that as Nicki prepares for the trip this year, that she would not feel excluded from the team. Please pray that God will use her in a mighty way this year.
